Goodbye Canon

A year ago, I had a rather large collection of Canon glass to use with my 1Ds3.  I sold the 1Ds3 and many of my lenses.  For a trip to Yellowstone in August, I purchased a 1VHS film body to use my remaining lenses (17-40mm, 70-200mm 4 IS, 50mm 1.4).  I have now decided that it is time to part with my complete Canon setup.  Many of my remaining lenses have been sold already, or are slated for ebay in the coming days. I’ll have a hard time saying goodbye to the 70-200mm f/4 IS in particular.  That was my absolute favorite lens.

From the ashes of my canon equipment rises a new camera.  I recently purchased a Fuji 6×17 panoramic camera to see if that format matches my style.  We’ll see.
